We aim to provide flexibility while ensuring that our services and products are available for all customers as needed. Our cancellation policy is designed to protect both you as the customer and our business. It is important to notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel so we can offer a resolution that suits both parties.

Cancellation Policy for Services
We understand that event plans can change, and that cancellations sometimes become necessary. The cancellation policy for our photography and videography services is as follows:

Time Frame for Free Cancellations:
Free Cancellations: If you need to cancel a service booking, you can do so up to 7 days before the event date without incurring any charges. This will allow us to offer the reserved date to other clients.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled event will incur a cancellation fee. This fee is typically 50% of the total service charge for cancellations made within 3-6 days of the event date.

No Refund for Last-Minute Cancellations: If a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event date, no refund will be provided, and you will be charged the full amount for the service.

How to Cancel Services:
To cancel a service, you must contact our Customer Support Team via email or phone. Cancellations can only be accepted if they are made in writing. Please include your booking details, event date, and any other relevant information in your cancellation request.

Cancellation Policy for Products
If you decide to cancel a product order before the item is shipped, we offer the following cancellation options:

Conditions Under Which Products Can Be Canceled:
Before Shipment: If the product has not yet been shipped, you may cancel your order without any charge. However, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing the order to avoid processing fees or penalties.

After Shipment: Once the order has been dispatched or shipped, we cannot accept cancellations. In this case, you will need to follow our Return and Refund policy for returning the product.

Refunds for Canceled Orders:
If your product order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

Please note that in certain cases, we may charge an administrative fee for processing cancellations, especially if it involves special orders or products that were customized.

Cancellation Policy for Equipment Rentals
If you’ve rented equipment through our website, the following cancellation conditions apply:

Time Frame for Full Refund:
Full Refund for Early Cancellations: If you cancel your equipment rental 7 days or more in advance of the delivery date, you will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.

Partial Refund for Late Cancellations: For cancellations made within 3-6 days of the scheduled rental period, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee.

No Refund for Last-Minute Cancellations: If you cancel your rental order within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date, no refund will be provided.

Rental Period Extension and Cancellation:
If you wish to extend the rental period, please notify us at least 48 hours before the original rental end date. Extensions may be subject to availability and additional charges.

Cancellations of extended rental periods are treated the same as regular cancellations, depending on the notice period provided.
