Express Shipping: If you require expedited shipping, we offer express delivery services for an additional charge. Express delivery typically takes 1-3 business days, depending on the destination. Equipment Rentals: Rental equipment delivery will be scheduled in advance based on the rental dates and location. We aim to deliver equipment at least 24-48 hours before the start of the rental period. International Shipping Currently, Radhatech Inc. primarily ships within India. However, we may offer international shipping for certain products on a case-by-case basis. Shipping to countries outside India will incur additional shipping charges and may take longer due to customs processing. Shipping Costs Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We calculate shipping charges based on the following factors: Location: Shipping charges will vary based on the delivery address (urban, rural, remote). Order Size: Larger or heavier items may incur higher shipping fees. Free Shipping Thresholds: We offer free shipping on orders over a certain value. For example, if your order totals above ₹10,000, we will waive the shipping fees for domestic orders within India. Please check our website for current thresholds and promotions. We will provide a quote for these services before confirming your order. Order Processing Time Orders are processed during business hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
